Self-Drilling Screws are designed to provide exceptional corrosion resistant capabilities. These screws are especially applicable in an outdoor environment where the screws are exposed to the contamination of the natural atmosphere.

The heavy metallic Zinc coating on the screws are coated with a method of plating which utilises the mechanical energy to deposit the Tin-Zinc compound metals onto its surface. This method of plating provides far more advantages as compared to the conventional method of electro-plating in the Zinc to the screws.

Research done in USA on Steel Building & Construction indicates that 80% of steel building failures is due to poor quality fasteners. In order to ensure that our claims are true, we have put our screws through various tests that are estabilished by international standards like DIN, ASTM or AS.

All tests are conducted bi-annually to show our customers the quality consistency of our coating. These tests are conducted only by internationally accredited test laboratories.
