Check the torque setting on your screw
gun and increase to higher setting. |

Check the RMP of your screw gun.It
should be 2000 RPM. |
| |

Check the thickness of steel purlin.It
should be less then the higher drill point. |
| |
|
Check the power supply point. It should
be 5 amps single phase. If more than two machines
are connected to the same source than the supply
point must have a 4 sq mm cable. The screw gun should
have a power card of 2.5 sq mm copper cable. Avoid
longer length of power cable from supply pointis
closer to working site. |
